Seraphic in Toronto

I am tired, but not too tired to tell you that I saw "Gone Girl" as an in-flight movie.

It would not make a good date movie.  That is for tootin'.

Oh, and you have to cover your eyes for some of the scenes. It's rated R for a reason.

Basically only married people can watch it, and then probably not together.

  1. Hi!

I have a totally unrelated question!

Is travelling through the UK via Megabus a nightmare on wheels or is it tolerable? I'm prepared for a merely tolerable journey if I only have to pay a few quid.

  2. Oh Seraphic, I saw Gone Girl recently (without unfortunately checking the rating) and I thought it was horrible. I was so annoyed with myself for watching it, I didn't see any of those more horrific scenes coming and the whole film just left me feeling low. I hate it when that happens, when you get lulled into thinking it's going to be a good film. Hence, no movies/tv for Lent for me!
