    Elderflower champagne sounds interesting, I have never heard of it.

    1. B.A. put it together: baby salad leaves, fennel, red onion, an orange bell pepper and an orange juice-black pepper dressing.

      Homemade elderflower champagne is a traditional British hedgerow tipple. B.A. makes some every year!
